If you need to exchange an item or request online store credit, eligible items must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order.
SOMA CHIC does not offer refunds.
For eligible returns, we will provide a return shipping label. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the total online store credit issued.
