Exchanges and Store Credit

Something didn’t fit right or you simply want another color? We are happy to help you exchange your item or receive online store credit.

SOMA CHIC does not offer refunds.

Eligible merchandise may be exchanged or returned for online store credit.

All return packages must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order.

We will provide a return shipping label. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the total amount of your store credit.

To qualify for an exchange or online store credit, merchandise must:

• Have all original tags attached
• Be brand new and unworn
• Be unaltered
• Be undamaged
• Be returned in its original condition

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for an exchange or online store credit.

Online store credits do not expire.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

SOMA CHIC offers free shipping on orders over $45.00, subject to any additional conditions displayed at checkout.
